Updated 3 November 2026 · By Renske and Tim, your hosts on Kadans

Short and fair, the same as on the platforms. Book direct and you pay the lowest price with the same cancellation terms.

## Payment

You pay 50% when you book and the rest 7 days before arrival. The card you use is saved securely by Stripe for the second payment. There is no security deposit.

## Cancellation

Cancel up to 30 days before arrival for a full refund, or up to 14 days before arrival for a 50% refund. After that, the stay is not refundable.

## Arrival and departure

Self check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. The Boatsuite sleeps up to 2 guests. Details are in the [guest guide](https://amsterdambb.com/en/guest-guide) we send before you arrive.

## On board

Smoking and pets are not allowed on the ship. Please respect the quiet of the harbour and our neighbours. Swimming from the platform is at your own risk.
