We are Renske and Tim, and we run AmsterdamBB on houseboat Kadans, Levantkade 174, 1019 BG Amsterdam. We only use your data to host you well. We never sell it.

## What we keep

When you book: your name, email address, phone number, country, dates and number of guests. When you write to us: your name, email address and message. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

## Why we keep it

To confirm and manage your booking, to send you the [guest guide](https://amsterdambb.com/en/guest-guide) and check-in details, to charge the balance 7 days before arrival, and to meet our legal duties as a registered B&B (tourist tax and the guest register).

## Who else sees it

Lodgify (our booking calendar), Stripe (payments) and, only if you allow it, Google Analytics (anonymous page statistics, plus the amount of a completed booking, without your name or contact details). They process data on our behalf and under their own privacy terms.

## Cookies and analytics

This site works without cookies. Google Analytics only loads after you click Accept in the banner, and you can choose Decline just as easily.

## How long we keep it

Booking records for as long as Dutch tax law requires (seven years). Messages for up to two years after our last contact.

## Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Email [hello@amsterdambb.com](mailto:hello@amsterdambb.com) and we will reply within a month. You can also contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
